Texas Adult Driver Education

Our six hour, state approved Texas Adult Driver Education course will have you behind the wheel in record time! Texas adult driver education is mandatory for adults between the ages of 18 and 24 who have not previously taken a drivers ed course. This course is one of the few adult courses approved by the Texas Education Agency and can also be used by foreign born students, out of state drivers coming into the state and those over 25 years of age.

Our Texas Adult Driver Education course consists of nine modules for a total of six hours, taken online. After each module, there is a short quiz. Complete the final quiz consisting of thirty questions with up to three attempts. Best of all, your final quiz IS your DPS written exam.

When you pass our course, you automatically pass the DPS written exam. We'll send your certificate which must be presented at your local Department of Public Safety office when applying for your Texas drivers license.

Login and out of the course as needed. The course can be completed in a day, or over the course of a week if desired. Each time you log out of the Texas Adult Drivers Ed course, our system remembers exactly where you left off. When you log back in, you will continue right where you left off.

Texas Adult drivers ed is mandatory for 18-24 year olds who have not previously completed a state approved driver education course. • Complete the six hour course and pass the final exam.
• The final exam is your written test and we will send your certificate to present to your local DPS Office.
• Take your visual test at your local DPS Office.
• Receive your learners permit (if you need to spend time behind the wheel) or, take your behind the wheel driving test at your local DPS Office.
• Receive your Texas Drivers License!
